How do structures withstand high winds or an earthquake? This is the question that guides campers as they learn principles of structure and material design to construct a graham cracker building. Campers must budget, use only edible construction materials, and subject their designs to a shake test and to high winds. At the end of the class, campers are welcome to eat their designs!
